Our office is located at Flat No 319, Pocket A in Sarita Vihar. It’s a residential-feeling area of New Delhi, so it doesn't always feel like a typical corporate setting. We like it that way because it’s a bit more grounded. As Accenture Management Consulting, we spend our days digging into the details of how businesses are run. It’s a lot of sitting around the table at Flat 319, talking through strategies and looking at data. The neighborhood has its own character, and you get used to the sounds of the street outside while we’re working. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not; we’re just a group of consultants trying to do a solid job for our clients. The space is filled with computers, notebooks, and usually a few half-empty mugs. It’s practical and gets the job done. Working in Delhi means dealing with the weather and the noise, but we’ve made this little corner of Sarita Vihar our own. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely just see us busy at our desks. We take our work seriously, but we keep the atmosphere fairly relaxed among ourselves. It’s just how we operate. Every project brings a different challenge, and we just tackle them one by one as they come through the door.
