Our place is at number 50 in Chittaranjan Park. If you’ve spent any time in C.R. Park, you probably know the area well. We do a lot of the cooking and the decorating for local functions. The kitchen is usually the busiest part of our day, filled with the smell of spices and the sound of big pots clanging. We don't have a five-star setup, just a solid, working kitchen and a storeroom full of chairs, tables, and linens. When a big order comes in, everyone from the drivers to the decorators helps out with the prep work. It’s a team effort, and it gets pretty hot and crowded in there during the summer months. We handle the food and the look of the place so the families don't have to worry about it. Sometimes we run out of a certain flower or a specific ingredient, and we have to dash to the market to find a replacement. That’s just part of the business. We’ve been serving the people around here for quite a while, and we’ve seen many weddings and parties come and go. We aren’t about being flashy; we just want the food to taste like it should and the room to look decent. It's honest work, and we take it one day at a time, making sure everything is loaded onto the truck on schedule. We just keep going until the last plate is cleared.
