The name on the door says A Leading Recruitment Firm and you can find us at Qtr 255, Block 15 in Lodi Colony. Being in New Delhi 110003 means we are right in the middle of things. Lodi Colony is a nice enough place to work, though finding a parking spot near Block 15 can be a bit of a challenge some days. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for jobs. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. Some days it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who know how the hiring process works. Our office in Qtr 255 is pretty simple. We have some chairs for visitors and desks for us. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters but it’s where we do our business. We’ve seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Some are nervous about their interviews and others are just ready for a change. We try to listen to them and see where they might fit best. It’s practical work. We don’t use any special software that claims to do everything for us. We just use our eyes and ears. Being based in Lodi Colony is convenient for us and it’s a part of the city we really enjoy being in. We are just workers.
