A Gulati Properties

A Gulati Properties is located over at B-53 A in Kalkaji. Finding us is pretty easy since we’re right near Nehru Palace. It’s a busy area, which is good for what we do. We’ve been working out of this office for a good bit of time. It’s not one of those huge corporate offices with glass walls and expensive coffee machines. It’s just a regular room with some desks, chairs, and a lot of files. Most of our time is spent talking to people about houses or shops in the neighborhood. Kalkaji is a big place and things change fast here. Keeping track of who is moving where and what buildings are opening up is our main job. Most of our day involves being on the phone or walking around to look at different spots near the Nehru Palace side. We don't really do much advertising. People usually just hear about us from their friends or family who live around here. Sometimes the office gets a little noisy because the traffic outside is constant, but you get used to it. Our setup is simple. There are a few of us here who know the streets well. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. Helping the people who walk through our door find a decent place to live or work is what we focus on. If you’re in the area, you can just drop in and talk. We usually have some tea going and a few spare chairs for visitors.
