Our place is 99Valley Realtech Private Limited and you can find us in Badarpur. The address is a bit long, but basically, we are at Block-E in Molar Band Extension. We have space on the second floor of 211-A, right on the main 25 Foota Road. If you are looking for us, we are near Kasana Chock, which is a busy landmark everyone around here knows. Being on a main road means it is never quiet. There is a constant sound of horns and people shouting, but that’s just Badarpur for you. We also have some room on the third floor. It’s a lot of walking up and down the stairs throughout the day. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials. We spend our hours looking at property maps and talking to folks from the local area. It’s a gritty part of town, very industrial and busy, but it’s where we feel at home. The 25 Foota Road is always dug up or under some kind of repair, so getting here can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We don't really bother with making the place look fancy. It’s just a workspace with some desks, chairs, and a lot of tea cups. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a practical setup for the kind of real estate work we do in this corner of New Delhi.
