Shokuji Foods Private Limited

Shokuji Foods operates from Plot No. 135 in Sector-02 of the HSIIDC area in Gurgaon. This is a proper industrial zone, so it’s all about warehouses and manufacturing plants. We fit right in there. Our day starts early because that’s when the trucks start rolling in. It’s a very functional space, lots of concrete and steel, which is what you need for a food business. We don't have a lot of decorations or a nice lobby. Most of the space is taken up by our equipment and storage. We have a small office corner where we handle the invoices and the government paperwork. Being in an HSIIDC plot means we have the space we need, but it also means dealing with industrial regulations. The team is mostly people who live nearby and they know their way around the machines. We don’t really do any big advertising. We just focus on fulfilling the contracts we have. It’s hard work and it can get pretty tiring by the end of the shift. But we like the grit of it. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We just want to produce food and get it out the door. The noise in Sector-02 is constant, but you get used to it after a while. Shokuji Foods is just a small part of this big industrial landscape. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the equipment because food safety is something we take seriously. We don't have a PR team or a social media manager. If we have something to say, we just tell our customers directly. The trucks at Plot 135 are always coming and going. Sometimes they block the entrance, which causes a bit of an argument with neighbors. It’s all part of the job. No big speeches, just plenty of hard work.
