Daily Foods (India)

Our business, Daily Foods (India), is located at units 79-80 in the Hsidc Industrial Estates over in Kundli. It’s a big industrial area, so there are always lots of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. We’ve been operating from this same spot for a good while now. Our units are purely functional, meant for the day-to-day work of handling food products. It isn't a place for show; it’s a place for work. We have a small office area where the paperwork gets done, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It can get pretty loud and hot, especially during the summer months, but we just get on with it. We don't have any fancy marketing people telling us what to say. We just know that if we do our jobs right, things will be okay. Most of our staff have been with us for years and they know the routine inside out. We don't really bother with big corporate speeches or polished presentations. We’re more interested in making sure the containers are filled and the trucks leave on time. Kundli is a bit far out for some people, but it’s the right place for a business like ours. We’ve seen the estate change a lot, but we’re still here, doing the same honest work every day. It’s a tough environment sometimes, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
