L T Foods Ltd.

Our place is right at the 43Km Stone on G.T. Road in Bahalgarh. It’s a busy spot because of all the highway traffic, and the noise from the trucks never really stops. L T Foods Ltd. is where we spend most of our daylight hours, and often a few extra when things get behind schedule. It isn't a fancy corporate office, just a big setup where we handle the food products coming in and out. You can hear the machines hum as soon as you step onto the property. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks piled with papers and people on their phones trying to coordinate delivery times. The sun gets really intense in the afternoons here, especially with all the concrete surrounding us. Sometimes the power cuts out for a bit, but that’s just life on the G.T. Road. We don't do anything too flashy. It’s mainly a lot of moving bags, checking labels, and making sure the records are right. For lunch, most of us either bring a tiffin or grab something from the roadside dhabas nearby. By the time evening comes, the highway traffic gets even thicker, and it takes some patience just to pull out of the gate. Most of the crew lives in the local villages or comes in from the next town over. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. There is always dust everywhere from the road, but we've stopped worrying about it. L T Foods Ltd. is just another spot along the highway, and we're okay with that.
