Running an oil mill is a messy, noisy, and very busy job. There is always the smell of seeds being pressed in the air, which you get used to after about five minutes. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and the process hasn't changed much over the years. It’s physical work, moving heavy bags and checking the machinery constantly to make sure nothing is clogging up. The area around Garoli Khurd is growing, but it still feels a bit industrial and rugged, which suits us just fine. Our building is sturdy and built for heavy use, not for looking pretty. We have a small group of workers who know the machines inside and out. We don't have a fancy website or a glossy brochure. If people want oil, they know where to come. Most of our clients are other businesses or locals who have been coming to us for years. We try to keep the machines running smooth, but things break down and we have to fix them on the fly. It’s a lot of grease and hard work, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the oil come out at the end of the day. We just do our thing and let the quality of the product speak.
