Bright Food Corporation

Our place is located in Village Jatola, right near the Gopal Dan Kata. Being close to the weighbridge means there are always tractors and big lorries passing by our gate. We work with food products, so we spend a lot of time making sure everything is kept clean and dry. The village environment is quite open, with fields nearby, so we get a lot of fresh air but also a fair amount of dust when the wind picks up. Our building is a simple structure made for storage and basic processing. Inside, you’ll find bags stacked up and a few of us moving things around. We don't have many employees, just a few local people who know how to handle the stock. Most of our day is spent unloading deliveries or getting orders ready for the trucks to take away. We keep a close eye on the weather, as rain can make it tricky to move the food items without them getting damp. We eat our lunch together in the shade when it gets too hot. There’s no big corporate office here; we just have a small desk near the door for keeping track of the inventory. It’s hard work, especially when we have a lot of bags to move, but it’s what we know. People in Jatola know us as the food place near the scale, and that’s plenty for us to keep our business moving forward.
