Admix Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd.

We’ve been running Admix Foods (India) Pvt. Ltd. out of Plot No-47 in Sector-3 for quite some time. The Hsiidc Industrial Estate is a massive place, and it can be hard to find us if you don’t know where you’re going. Inside, the place is usually smelling like whatever we happen to be processing that morning. It’s a lot of stainless steel tables and heavy bags of ingredients stacked up against the walls. We have a crew that comes in early, usually before the sun is even up, to get the machines warmed up and the floors scrubbed down. It’s not a glamorous job, but people need to eat and we provide what they’re looking for. Sometimes the deliveries get held up at the gate, which is frustrating, but that’s just life in an industrial park. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. Most of our decisions are made while standing on the floor or having a quick tea break near the loading dock. The equipment we use is older but it works just fine as long as we keep it greased and cleaned. We focus on the daily output and making sure the packaging is sealed right. It gets hot in the summer, especially near the back where the heat builds up, but we keep the fans going. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, without any fuss.
