Temptations The Fast Food Pure Veg

We have this little spot, Temptations The Fast Food Pure Veg, right at Duffrin Chowk in Solapur. It’s officially Shop No 3 at Survey number 80, which is right by the Railway Lines. If you know where Onkar Clinic is, we are directly opposite that. It’s a busy area, so there is always something going on outside. We started this place because we wanted to serve honest, vegetarian food to people working nearby. The shop isn't very large, but we make it work. Most days are spent prepping vegetables and making sure the kitchen is ready before the lunch rush hits. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who have been here from the start. It’s not a fancy restaurant with waiters in uniforms or anything like that. We keep things simple and practical. People stop by on their way to the station or after visiting the clinic. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when the tables are full, but nobody seems to mind much. We like being part of this neighborhood. The noise of the traffic and the trains nearby is just part of our daily life now. We don’t do much advertising; people just find us because of where we are. It’s just a regular fast food joint where we try to do things the right way. We open early and stay until the evening crowd thins out. It’s hard work, but we are used to it and we will keep doing it.
