Tejas Classes

Tejas Classes is tucked away in Siddeshwar Nagar, over in the Majewada area of Solapur. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the busy city center. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors know who we are by now. The building is an older one, so it has its quirks, like the front door that squeaks every time someone walks in. We keep a pretty steady schedule from Monday to Saturday. It’s mostly just a few of us teaching the local kids who live within walking distance of Majewada. We have some benches, a few old fans that rattle a bit when they are on high, and plenty of chalk for the boards. The neighborhood is a nice place to work because it feels more like a community than a business district. We see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. Sometimes we stay late when someone needs extra help with their homework, but usually, we wrap things up by seven in the evening. It’s a lot of sitting and reading through textbooks together. We don’t have a big office or a receptionist; if you call, one of us will just pick up the phone from the middle of a classroom. It’s practical and it works for us. We just focus on the lessons and making sure the syllabus gets finished on time. There isn't much more to it than that. We just do our bit every day.
