Challenge Classes

You can find Challenge Classes right on the Main Road in Sujay Nagar, which is part of Akluj. Being on the main road means we see a lot of the town’s daily life passing by our front door. We have a fairly simple setup here in Solapur. It’s just a few classrooms where we gather to go over school subjects. We don't have a lot of high-tech gadgets or anything like that. We mostly just use chalk and talk through the lessons until the students feel confident. Some of the kids have been coming to us for years, so we’ve seen them grow up quite a bit. It’s a noisy street outside, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the traffic over time. We start our sessions in the afternoon usually, once the local schools have finished for the day. It can be a long day for us, staying until the sun goes down, but it’s what we do. We don’t put on any airs or pretend to be something we’re not. We are just a local coaching center trying to help students pass their classes and maybe learn a thing or two along the way. Most of our students live nearby in Akluj, so they just walk over after they’ve had their lunch at home. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we like the routine of it. We just keep moving forward.
