Amba Classes

Our classes are held at United Arcade on Hodagi Road. It’s a fairly modern building compared to some others in Solapur, but we’ve kept our space very basic and plain. Amba Classes has been around for a few years now. Being on Hodagi Road means there is a lot of traffic and noise outside, but the arcade itself is a bit set back from the main road. We have a few classrooms with basic benches and boards. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that because we are busy. The focus is always on the books and the students’ notes. Usually, the mornings are quiet, and then everything picks up after lunch when students arrive. We have a small area where students can leave their bags and cycles. It gets a bit chaotic when one class is leaving and the next one is arriving, but we’ve gotten used to the shuffle. My assistant handles the attendance and the fees, while I spend most of my time talking and writing on the board. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes all day. We don’t try to promise anything we can’t deliver; we just help with the school subjects as best as we can. Most days end with us locking up the shutters and heading home just like everyone else on this street. It’s just a normal local business.
