Padwale Classes

Padwale Classes is situated right in the middle of the chaos at Shivshankar Bazaar. It is on the Main Road in Akluj, very close to the market. Being near the market means it’s never quiet, but that is just part of being in Solapur 413108. We have a small space here. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the bikes outside while we are teaching. It’s a real place for real students. We don't use a lot of technology, mostly just paper, pens, and talking. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't had the time to get to it yet. People stop by to ask questions while they are out doing their shopping. We like being part of the bazaar life. It’s convenient for parents who are already in the area. We started this because we wanted to stay local. My brother helps out with the schedules sometimes. It’s not a polished institution with a big lobby. It’s just a few rooms where we study. Sometimes we run out of chalk or the fans make a clicking noise, but we just ignore it and keep going. We don’t make big promises. We just show the students what they need to learn for their tests. It’s honest work and we are happy to be here near the market. Most days we are just busy keeping up with everything, which is how we like it.
