It’s not exactly in the middle of a forest or anything, but we handle all the bookings and management from here. The office is usually a bit busy with phones ringing and people checking on their travel dates. We started this company because we like the idea of helping people find a place to relax for a few days. We aren't a huge chain with thousands of employees. It’s a small operation here in Jodbhvi Peth. We’ve got some old chairs in the waiting area and a lot of folders stacked up on the desks. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes it gets a bit messy when everyone is busy at once. We don't use a lot of fancy scripts when we talk to people. We just try to be helpful and explain how things work. If there's a problem with a room or a booking, we do our best to sort it out without making a big fuss. We’ve learned a lot over the years about what people actually want when they go away on holiday. It’s not always about the most expensive things. Sometimes people just want a clean place and a bit of peace. We’re just regular people trying to run a decent business. We’ve stayed in this same spot for years because we like being part of this neighborhood.
