Ganesh Hair Style

Our shop is at Plot No 21 in Sidheswar Nager, specifically Area No 4. Most people just know us by Nai Jindagi Chwok in Solapur. It’s a busy intersection and we see a lot of life passing by the window every single day. Ganesh Hair Style is a small place. We have two main chairs and a bench for people to wait on while they read. The floor is tile and we try to keep it clean, but hair gets everywhere by midday. We've been in Solapur 413001 for a long time now. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we were kids, but we’re still here doing the same thing. We use local blades and creams. Nothing is too expensive because we want everyone to be able to come in for a cut. The mirrors have a few spots on them that won't come off, but they show you what you need to see. Sometimes we stay open a little later if the crowd at the chowk is still thick. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle a pair of scissors. The fan on the ceiling wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving when it gets hot. People come in to talk about the local news or just to sit for a while and rest their feet. We don't mind. It makes the day go faster. It’s a basic shop, but it’s ours and we like it.
