Manage Agriclinic Producer Company Limited is in Dhukra village, Sirsa. We are at house number 16. It’s a small village in the Sirsa district. We set this up at our house to help out with farming stuff. People in Dhukra mostly do agriculture, so it made sense to have a place where we could all come together. We don't have a lot of fancy signs or anything like that. It’s just house 16. You walk in and someone is usually there to talk about the crops or what’s happening at the mandi. Sirsa can be a tough place to farm sometimes because of the water, but we make it work. We call it an agriclinic because we try to look at what’s wrong with the plants or the soil. It’s not like a real doctor's clinic, just for farming. We are all locals here. Most of us grew up in this village or nearby. We know the neighbors and we know the land. It’s a quiet life, but there is always something to do. Whether it’s fixing a fence or checking the irrigation, the work never really stops. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. We just talk to people when we see them. That’s how things get done in Dhukra. It’s a simple way of living and we like it. We hope to stay here for a long time and keep doing the work we know how to do.
