The shop is called Munna Mobile Sarvice and it is located right at the Sadar Bazar New Bus Stand. Because of where we are, there is never a quiet moment with all the buses honking and people rushing to catch their rides. We get a lot of travelers who have dropped their phones while traveling or realized their charger doesn't work. The workspace is quite small and cluttered with tiny screwdrivers, soldering irons, and bits of wire. I usually have a few different phones open on the desk at the same time. The light over my work area is very bright so I can see the small connections on the motherboards. There is a lot of dust because of the buses, so I have to clean the glass counters multiple times a day. We don't have much room for people to stand inside, so they usually wait on the pavement while I finish a quick fix. Sometimes a bus driver comes in to get his phone charged during his break. We keep a stock of screen protectors and cheap earphones because those are the things people lose most often. The walls have some old calendars on them and the paint is peeling a little near the ceiling. It is a fast-paced spot where we try to get things fixed quickly so people don't miss their transport. It’s just me and sometimes a helper working here from morning until the last bus leaves at night.
