You can find Malviya Craft Pvt. Ltd. at G-106 in the Arbuda Ind. Area, out in Gandhi Nagar. It is a typical industrial spot. There are factories all around us, and it gets pretty dusty when the wind picks up in the afternoon. We have got a good amount of space here, but it is mostly filled up with materials and half-finished items. The guys are always moving stuff around from one side to the other. It can get very loud with the machines running, so we usually have to shout at each other to be heard. Gandhi Nagar isn’t the most glamorous place to work, but it is where we do our business. We do not have a fancy reception area for visitors. If you come to see us, you will probably just find us in the middle of the workspace. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but sometimes things get delayed for reasons we can't control. That is just life in a factory setting. We have a small room where we keep the paperwork, but even that is usually full of samples and boxes. It is a lot of physical work and staying on top of the production schedule. We do not really bother with big speeches about what we do. We just focus on the orders we have for the week. The sun gets really hot on the roof, so we try to do the heavy lifting early.
