Surampet Farmers Producer Companylimited is based in Surampet Village, near Konapur in the Mallial area. If you’re looking for the office, it’s at H. No: 6-37, where Bukya Gangaram lives. It’s a typical village house that we’ve turned into a bit of a workspace for our producer group. We have farmers from all around the area involved in this. Being in Surampet means we are right in the heart of the countryside. We started the company because we were tired of doing everything the hard way on our own. Now, we share the work of managing the business side of things. Bukya Gangaram helps keep things moving at the house. It’s not a formal office where you have to wear a suit. Most of us come in straight from the fields with dirt on our boots. We sit down, have some water, and talk about what needs to be bought or sold. The village is quiet, but there’s always something to do on a farm. We don't have any grand plans to become a giant corporation. We just want to make sure that the people in Surampet and Konapur can keep farming and make a decent living. It’s about the community and the land we’ve worked for years. We keep our records in a few ledgers and try to stay organized. It’s simple, honest work. We are glad to be doing this together as a group here.
