We spend our time managing the farm and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s a lot of physical work and keeping an eye on the environment for the chickens. Gajwel is a good spot for this kind of business. The air is a bit better out here than in the middle of the city. We have some local guys helping out, and we all just pitch in where it’s needed. Sometimes the feed prices go up and we have to figure out how to manage that, which is always a bit stressful. Our office is just a small room where we keep the books and take calls. It’s not a polished corporate setup by any means. It’s more about mud on the boots and getting the job done. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we know most of the people around here.
