Raithu Chaitanya Farmers Producer Company Limited is located at No 3-46/8 in Mailaram, which is part of Sirikonda. We are a group of farmers who wanted to bring a bit of awareness and better organization to our work. That’s where the name Chaitanya comes from. We aren't a big corporation from the city. We are local people who know what it’s like to work in the sun all day. Our office in Mailaram is just a regular building where we store some of our stuff and do the bookkeeping. Being in Sirikonda means we are surrounded by people who do exactly what we do. We help each other out with getting better seeds or trying to find buyers who won't cheat us on the price. It’s a simple setup. We don't have a website with fancy pictures. We just have our meetings and talk about the problems we face. Sometimes it’s about the pests and other times it’s about the water. We try to find solutions that work for everyone in the company. It’s hard to keep a producer company going with all the rules, but we do our best to stay on top of it.
