It’s a simple arrangement because we didn't see the point in wasting money on a big building in town. Most of us live right here in the area anyway. Achal helps keep things organized so we don’t lose track of who did what. It’s a very local thing, mostly just faces we have known for years. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in our little corner of the world get a fair shake. You can find us near the main path in the village. If it’s not too hot, we are usually outside under the shade. The work is hard and the hours are long but it feels right to be doing it here at home. We just keep our heads down and do the work without making any big fuss.
