Hathnoora Farmers Producer Companylimited is based out of Naguldevpally at H No 4-35. It’s a local operation run by people who live right here in the Hathnoora area. We started this because it was getting harder to manage everything on our own. We aren't a big city business with a lot of fancy words. We're just farmers who know the soil in Naguldevpally. Most of our time is spent out in the fields or sitting around the house talking about crop prices. Doodi Lalitha is one of us involved here. We help each other get the right fertilizers and find places to sell what we grow. It’s a simple setup, nothing too polished. We don't have a big team of experts, just us and our experience. Some years the rain is good and some years it isn't, so being a group helps us get through the bad times. We're not trying to be anything we aren't. We just want to work our land and get a decent price for our hard work. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s life here. We keep our records in a simple way and try to stay honest with each other. It’s a lot of work but it feels right to be doing it together. We’ve been here for generations and this company is just another way to keep the tradition going.
