Navganga Farmer Producer Company Limited is located at H.No.94 in Shivpuri. We are a small group of farmers from this area who decided that working as a team was better than trying to do everything alone. It’s not a big operation with a lot of employees. Most of the time, it’s just a few of us meeting up at the house to talk about the crops or how to get better seeds for the next season. Shivpuri is a quiet place, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some massive corporation; we just want to make sure that the people growing the food are the ones making the decisions. Sometimes the meetings go on for a while because everyone has a different opinion on how things should be done, but we eventually figure it out. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing people telling us what to say. We just know that if we don’t look out for each other, nobody else will. The land here can be tough, and the weather is always a gamble, but having this company gives us a bit of a safety net. It’s all very local and down-to-earth. We’re just regular folks who spend our days in the dirt and our evenings trying to handle the business side of things.
