Satveer Randhawa Farmer Producer Companylimited is located in the village of Bhambi Banda in Shahjahanpur. We operate out of Soorat Singh’s place. It’s a typical rural setup. We are a group of farmers who decided to come together to make things a bit easier for ourselves. Shahjahanpur has a lot of agriculture, so it made sense to start this company here. We don't have a polished website or a big marketing budget. Our office is just a room with some chairs and a table where we keep our accounts. Most of our work happens out in the fields or at the local mandi. We talk about seeds, fertilizers, and how to get a better price for our crops. It’s a lot of talking and sometimes a bit of arguing, but we usually reach a decision. We aren't trying to be fancy. We just want to make sure the farmers in Bhambi Banda have a say in how their stuff is sold. The roads to the village can be rough, especially after it rains, but we are always here. We handle the paperwork that the government requires, which is a lot, but we manage it between us. It’s just a group of us working together to keep our farms going and hopefully make things a little better for the next season. The village of Bhambi Banda is where we all grew up, so we have a deep connection to this land. We aren't outsiders coming in to tell people what to do. We are the ones out there in the heat.
