Down in Powayan, Shahjahanpur, we have set up Khanbros Agri Bio Farmer Producer Company Limited. You can find us at Aabid Khan’s place in Tah Khurd Kalan. It is a simple setup for a bunch of farmers who want to get their work done without too many middle people involved. We talk about bio stuff sometimes but mostly it’s just about growing crops and making sure they are healthy. Shahjahanpur is a good place for farming, but it still takes a lot of sweat and long hours. We aren't some big city company with a lot of suits. We are usually wearing our work clothes and thinking about the next harvest. Aabid is around to handle the visitors and the paperwork. We started this because we saw that working alone was getting harder every year. Now we can pool what we have and try to get better results for everyone in the group. It is a bit of a learning process, especially with all the rules for companies these days. But we are figuring it out as we go. If you walk into our place, you might see some dirt on the floor and a lot of talk about the weather. That is just how we live and work here. We aren't looking to be famous, just looking to keep the farms running and the families fed. The routine stays the same most days and we like it that way.
