Our group, Satyapal Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located in Mittalpurbaru, near Tilhar in Shahjahanpur. We work from the premises of Satya Pal. It’s a small, local operation run by people who actually know what it's like to be out in the sun all day. We aren't some distant corporation. We are neighbors. We put this company together because we wanted to have a collective voice in the market. Selling crops individually was getting harder every year. Here in Uttar Pradesh, you have to be practical about these things. Our setup is basic. We have some desks, some ledgers, and a lot of passion for what we do. We talk about fertilizers, irrigation, and which crops might fetch a decent price this time around. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes there are disagreements or the paperwork gets confusing. But we stick together because it's the only way to get ahead. We don't have any fancy mission statements or glossy brochures. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields pays off at the end of the day. If you stop by, you'll see a bunch of tired but determined people. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make life a little better for the farmers in Tilhar. It’s honest work, and we are proud of that. We take things one day at a time and see how it goes for the harvest.
