Vkag Developers Private Limited operates out of Mansarover Park in Shahdara. We are located at B-49 on the first floor. It is a typical North East Delhi neighborhood where things are always moving and there is plenty of noise from the street. Our office is just a simple place where we handle the development work we have on our plate. We don’t have a fancy corporate image or anything like that; we are just regular people who know how to manage a building project from start to finish. Most of our day involves talking to suppliers and checking on the progress of our various sites. We spend a lot of time looking at costs and trying to make sure everything stays within the budget, which is never as easy as it sounds. The office is usually filled with the sound of the fan and people talking on their mobiles. We have been in this spot for a while now and have a good relationship with the local tradespeople. We aren't interested in using marketing language or making big promises. We just show up every morning, open the files, and do what needs to be done. Sometimes we have to deal with delays or material shortages, but that is just part of being a developer in a busy city like Delhi. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized.
