V&T Buildcon Infra LLP

We've been working out of Maurya Apartment here in Shahdara for a while now. V&T Buildcon Infra LLP is just a small team trying to get stuff built right without making too much of a fuss. Most days you’ll find us busy with paperwork or out at sites nearby, checking on how the concrete is setting or if the materials arrived on time. Being in D-202, we're right in the middle of things in Delhi-110092. It isn't a fancy office with leather chairs or anything, just where we keep our tools, some old files, and our plans. Construction is tough work, especially with the heat and the traffic around here, but we manage somehow. My brother helps with the accounts and I handle the site visits and talking to the labor. We don’t have a big marketing team or a website that looks like a movie. People usually find us by word of mouth in the neighborhood. Shahdara has changed a lot lately, and we’re just trying to keep up with the new projects coming up. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material prices going up, which is just how it is in this business. We just try to finish what we started. If you walk by Maurya Apartment, that’s us on the second floor. It’s a busy spot with all the residents, but it works for us. We deal with concrete, bricks, and a lot of dust daily. It's not glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. Just a local outfit trying to make a living and build a few things along the way.
