VAIJAMA REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate out of a basement in Dilshad Colony, at F-163 to be exact. Vaijama Real Estate and Construction Development Private Limited is what we call ourselves. It’s a bit cooler down in the basement during the hot Delhi summers, which is a plus for us. East Delhi is where we do most of our daily work. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and the market jumping up and down all the time. We just try to help people find a place or get a small project off the ground. 110095 is our local area and we know the streets here pretty well by now. We aren't some high-rise office with glass walls and expensive rugs. It’s just desks, some old chairs, and a lot of maps taped to the walls. We spend time at sites and then come back here to finish the logs and talk about the next steps. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power cuts out, but we keep going. Building things takes time and we don't like to rush it just to finish. People in Dilshad Colony know where to find us if they need something done. We don't promise the world, just a fair day's work for a fair price. It's a family-run kind of vibe here. We talk to our neighbors and try to keep things simple. Construction and real estate have their ups and downs, but we've stayed put right here in the basement for our daily grind.
