Shivangan Homes LLP

Shivangan Homes LLP is located over in Shahdara, specifically at Plot No. 9 in Shalimar Park Extension. We have been working out of this spot in Gali No. 5 for a while now. Most people around here just know us as the local folks dealing with housing stuff. It is a busy area, but we like being right in the middle of it. Sometimes the streets get crowded, especially near Block 3, but that is just how Delhi is. We aren’t a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical space where we handle our daily paperwork and meet people who are looking for a place to stay or build. Usually, there are a few of us around to answer the phone or talk to anyone who drops by. Dealing with property and construction in Delhi can be a bit of a headache with all the rules, so we just try to keep things moving along. We started this because we knew the area well and felt like we could get things done here. There is always a lot of dust and noise outside because of the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the jobs finished. If you are walking down Gali No. 5, you will probably see our sign. We don't spend much on ads. Most of our work comes from people just talking to each other in the neighborhood. It is a simple way of doing business, but it works for us.
