SAMSTAVI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate Samstavi Construction Private Limited from our office in Dilshad Colony. It’s located at F-161-C/1 in the Shahdara area of Delhi. This part of the city is always full of life, and our office fits right in with the local vibe. It’s a simple setup where we handle the administrative side of our construction work. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of getting materials to different sites and making sure our workers have what they need. There isn't anything fancy about the way we work. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and usually a map of the area pinned to the wall. Most of our projects are located in and around Shahdara, so we are often out of the office checking on progress. It’s hard work and involves a lot of dusty site visits and long conversations with contractors. We don’t have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. It is just a few of us making sure the projects get done properly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially with all the local regulations, but we just keep at it. Dilshad Colony is a good base for us because we’ve been here long enough to know the local suppliers and how things work in this corner of Delhi. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done to keep things moving forward.
