Sahthia Homez Private Limited is tucked away in Gali No. 6, Raghuar Pura No II, which is part of the Gandhi Nagar area. Our house number is X-2684. If you’ve ever been to Gandhi Nagar, you know how busy the lanes are with all the textile and garment work going on. We are in the middle of all that chaos, but we focus on homes and property stuff. Our office is basically a room in the building where we manage everything. It’s not a place where you’ll find corporate posters or mission statements on the wall. Instead, you’ll see stacks of property documents and probably a few umbrellas by the door for when it rains. We handle things like buying, selling, and managing residential spaces. It’s a lot of talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. The streets here are narrow, so we do a lot of walking to get to different properties nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to do right by the people who come to us. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult landlords or confusing paperwork at the local offices, but we just take it one step at a time.
