PUSHPA LANDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

We are based out of New Modern Shahdara, right in the mix of things in East Delhi. The office address is a bit of a mouthful, but once you get here, it makes more sense. We have been working in land and construction for some time. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around. Most of our days are spent dealing with the technical side of property and making sure the details are right. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations in the office. It is mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. People from the area stop by quite often to talk about local developments or just to check on things. We know the lanes of Shahdara pretty well by now. It is not always easy work, and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep pushing through. We do not go for big speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Being a small team means we all do a bit of everything. One day it is paperwork, and the next day we might be out at a site checking on progress. It is just the way things go here. We have stayed in this spot because it is close to the heart of what we do. It feels right to be part of the local community while we work on these land projects.
