We are PAATNIINFRA AND DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, and our office is at 1/10030, on the second floor at Plot No-10, Gali No-3-G in West Gorakh Park. We are right near the Mandir here in North East Delhi. It’s a neighborhood where everyone kind of knows each other. Our work is mostly focused on infrastructure and development projects. It’s the kind of job where you’re always juggling three things at once. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on material costs. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and folders, but we know where everything is. We aren't some high-rise corporate office; we’re just a local business trying to do right by our projects. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes the site visits tough, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just want to make sure the buildings and roads we work on are solid. We’ve been in this area for a while and we like the community here. Most of our days start early and end when the work is finished. It’s practical, no-nonsense work. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to stay organized despite the chaos that usually comes with construction. It’s a lot of hard work but we’re used to it by now. We just take it day by day and keep going.
