MANSON BUILDTECH LLP is located right in the middle of the Jhilmil Industrial Area. We are on the first floor of B-14/7, just off G.T. Road in Shahdara. If you know the area, you know it’s always loud and busy with trucks and people moving things around. It’s the kind of place where things actually get made and moved. Our office reflects that. It’s practical, a bit dusty sometimes because of the location, and very focused on the work. We handle buildtech stuff, which means we spend our time thinking about construction materials and how to get them where they need to go. Being in Shahdara means we’re right in the thick of it. The traffic on G.T. Road is something we deal with every single day. We don't have a polished front desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find us sitting around a big table with some tea, talking through project details or looking at invoices. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the numbers add up. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know the neighborhood well. It’s not a fancy part of Delhi, but it’s where the real work happens. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever project is currently on the desk. Every day is a bit different, but it always starts with the noise of the industrial area waking up. We just keep going.
