Majorgoal Developer Private Limited is based in Shahdara, specifically at B-102 in Gali Number 3, North Chajjupur. It’s a very local spot, right on the ground floor so we see everyone walking by. Being in North West Delhi, we focus on the development needs of our own community. We don’t spend much time on fancy marketing because most people around here just know us by word of mouth anyway. The office is a simple one where we keep all our records and meet with contractors. Most of our day is spent dealing with the realities of building in a crowded city—parking, materials, and making sure the neighbors aren't too bothered by the noise. It’s not a glamorous job, but we enjoy the process of seeing something go from a flat piece of land to a real structure. We’re just a small team of people who like to build things. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy; if something needs to get done, one of us just does it. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up or the weather ruins our schedule, but we just keep pushing through. We try to keep things simple and honest because that’s the only way to last in this business. Our goal is just to finish the projects we start and do a decent job of it. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
