MAHADEVAN CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is located over at 11/195 on the ground floor in Geeta Colony. It’s a lived-in kind of place. We’ve been around the neighborhood for quite some time now. Our office is small, mostly filled with blueprints and old site boots. We do construction work, mostly small to medium stuff around the city. It’s a lot of running around from one site to another. Geeta Colony is a tight-knit area, so everyone knows everyone. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people find us by word of mouth or by just walking past the door. The ground floor spot makes it easy for people to drop in and ask about their house repairs or new builds. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the site workers coming in for their pay or instructions. We try to stay organized, but in construction, things change fast. Rain delays, material shortages, you name it, we deal with it. It’s just me and a couple of others handling the day-to-day. We don't mind the hard work. It feels good to see a project actually get finished. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. That's the main thing. We keep the doors open and just keep working through the list of tasks.
