We’re over here in Gandhi Nagar, right on Shyam Gali. It’s a busy area as everyone knows. Madan and Aruna Developers has been working from this spot for some time now. Mostly we just deal with the local building needs and paperwork that comes with it. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of our mornings just sorting out schedules or talking to folks about their projects. The office at IX/6775 isn't anything fancy, just a place to get work done. Dealing with property and development in Delhi-East means there is always something going on outside our door. We like being in this part of town because it’s where we live too. Sometimes the traffic in the lane is a bit much but you get used to it after a few years. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements because most people just find us by walking by or hearing about us from someone else in the neighborhood. It’s just us doing the daily work of keeping projects moving. If you’re around Gandhi Nagar, you’ve probably passed our building without thinking much of it. We keep things pretty straightforward and try not to make things more complicated than they need to be. It is hard work but it keeps us busy and honestly that is alright with us. We’ve seen the streets change quite a bit since we started out here and we just keep going.
