You can find us over at Rani Garden in Shastri Nagar. We’re on the first floor of building D-6. It’s a busy area in East Delhi, and we’ve been operating Jagannath Puri Homes Projects Private Limited from here for quite some time. The neighborhood is always active, which keeps us on our toes. We mostly focus on home projects around this side of the city. It’s a lot of practical stuff—looking at sites, managing laborers, and making sure the building materials actually show up when they’re supposed to. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes things get delayed, or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just part of the business. We aren't some big-name developer with billboard ads everywhere. We’re just local people who know the streets of 110031 well. Our office is pretty modest. It’s filled with site drawings and old files. When people walk in, they usually want to know about housing options or how a project is coming along. We give it to them straight. There’s no point in using fancy words when you’re talking about bricks and mortar. We live and work in the same community, so we see our neighbors every day. That keeps us honest. It’s hard work, and the days can be long, but we like seeing a project finally get finished. It’s just what we do here in Shastri Nagar. Being based in Rani Garden means we are right in the middle of everything we build.
