IMMEUBLE FABRICATION PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away at D-243 in Vivek Vihar Phase-1. We are part of the Block D area in Anand Vihar, which is a fairly well-known part of Shahdara South Zone. Our main focus is fabrication, so there’s usually a bit of noise and activity going on around our place. We started this because we liked making things and wanted a place of our own. The office isn't much to look at, but it’s where all the planning happens before we start cutting or joining metal. We’ve been around Vivek Vihar for a while, and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical business, nothing too sophisticated. We deal with everyday fabrication needs for various projects across the city. Sometimes it’s a lot of work to get the materials delivered on time through the Delhi traffic. We don't have a lot of polished brochures or sales people. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone and trying to figure out the best way to handle a job. Being in Shahdara gives us a good base to reach different parts of East Delhi. We just take one project at a time and see it through. It's not a complicated way to run a business, but it seems to work for us. The days are long, but seeing something finished at the end makes it worth the effort. It's just simple work done by local people.
