Our little office for Hpss Nature Homes Private Limited is located at H.No-1/5522, Plot No.20, in Balbir Nagar Ext. If you find the Shiv Mandir, we are right opposite that. It is a lively spot to be. You can hear the bells from the temple in the morning and the general noise of the street all day long. We have been working out of this G.No.16 area for a while, and the neighbors all know who we are. Building homes in a place like this takes a lot of patience. You have to deal with narrow lanes and making sure the delivery trucks don't block everyone’s way. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes a bit of shouting, but it gets done. We aren't a big fancy firm from the high-rise buildings. We are just local people who understand how to build in this part of Delhi. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or looking over blueprints at the wooden table in the back. We use simple materials and local labor. There isn't any secret to it, just showing up every day and making sure the bricks are laid right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us, so we just let the buildings speak for themselves. If a roof doesn't leak and the walls are solid, then we have done our job correctly for the day. We don't need much more than that to feel like we have done something useful.
