The office is tucked away at 1/672 in Kabool Nagar, right in the heart of Shahdara. If you know the area, you know it is always humming with people and noise. That is where Great Estate Infratech Private Limited has been set up. It is not a shiny glass building, just a regular space where we handle the daily grind of real estate and infrastructure projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking down materials or talking to contractors who are stuck in traffic. It can be a bit chaotic some days, especially when three things happen at once, but we manage. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Delhi long enough to know how things work. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with long meetings that don't go anywhere. Instead, we just sit around the desk, figure out what needs to be finished by the end of the week, and go do it. Shahdara has its own rhythm and we are very much a part of that. Sometimes we stay late when a project is at a turning point, and other times we are out of the office by five if the heat gets too bad. It is just a bunch of us working together to make sure these projects actually get finished. We like the practical side of things more than the talking side. It is just honest work.
