We are builders, so our day usually involves a lot of coordination with laborers and material suppliers. It is not the kind of job where you sit still for very long. The office is our base where we keep our records and meet people to discuss plans. Naveen Shahdara is a tight-knit area, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors over the time we’ve been here. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are harder than others when supplies are late or the weather isn't helping, but that’s the building trade for you. We keep a simple workspace without any unnecessary bells and whistles. It’s just a place to work. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just focus on getting the walls up and the roofs on. It is a small team here, and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing at the moment. If you're in Shahdara, you've probably passed our building without even realizing it.
