Ayan Contractors (Opc) Private Limited stays over in New Seemapuri, right at F-38. It’s a busy spot. Most mornings we start early. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of papers. We deal with construction stuff all day. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing. People around here know where we are. We've been at this for a bit now. It gets dusty with all the files and site visits. My tea usually gets cold before I finish it because someone always needs something. We handle the paperwork and the actual building side of things. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. The street outside is always noisy. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of things to do. If you walk past F-38, you’ll see our small sign. There’s no big lobby or anything like that. Just us working. It’s a one-person company technically but there’s always people coming in and out. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fan going. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the projects move along. It’s how we’ve always done it here in Seemapuri. We know the local area well. Every project has its own set of headaches, but that’s just the nature of contracting. We don't try to make it sound better than it is. We just do the work.
