Suresh Architect

You can find me in Ashok Nagar, right near the Andhra Bank. It’s a well-known spot in the area, so most people don't have trouble finding it. I’ve been running my practice here for a good number of years. At Suresh Architect, things are kept pretty basic. I don’t believe in having a lot of unnecessary fluff. The office is just a room with my computer, a large table for drawings, and a couple of chairs for whoever stops by. Most of my work involves helping local people with their house plans or getting permissions sorted out. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s necessary for anyone wanting to build. The neighborhood is fairly active, and having the bank nearby makes it easy for people to give directions to my place. I usually spend my mornings checking on sites and my afternoons at the desk. Sometimes I have someone helping me out with the drafting, but it’s mostly a solo effort. I’ve lived and worked in Hyderabad for a long time, so I know how things go here. There’s no point in overcomplicating a design if it’s not going to work for the person living there. I try to listen to what people need and then see how we can make it happen within their budget. It’s honest work. If you need a plan or just some advice on a project, I’m usually there during the week. Just look for the bank.
