Our office is in the Cyber area of Kondapur, specifically at Masjid Banda. It’s part of the Rangareddy district. Kondapur is a place that’s always growing, with new buildings going up every week. We are right in the thick of it. We handle architectural services, which basically means we spend our time making sure buildings are designed correctly. It’s not always exciting work; there’s a lot of checking regulations and making sure the math is right. Our office isn't anything special. It’s got a few desks, some computers, and shelves full of old project files. We don't have a marketing department or a fancy website with lots of buzzwords. We just do the work that comes our way. Most of our clients are people who are building in the local area. We spend a lot of time out in the sun at construction sites, checking on the progress and talking to the site supervisors. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of business. We’ve been here at Masjid Banda for a bit now and we like the location. It’s close to everything we need. Sometimes we're here late into the evening getting a plan finished for a deadline. The traffic in Kondapur can be a real headache, especially during the peak hours, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be famous architects, we just want to make sure the buildings we design are solid.
